Course Information:

Which staff at the Dealership will benefit from the Service & Warranty ETKA Coaching?

Why? What are the benefits for staff and the dealer?
Dealer staff will learn to differentiate between original-, economy- and exchange parts in detail. Currently it is an issue that dealer employees are not always aware of all available options, which leads to the excessive use of new parts.

Knowing where & how to find Accessories information (including fitment instructions) in ETKA, will create upselling opportunities for the Parts Department.

TPI (Technical Product Information) notices will be located in ETKA to ensure the correct repair procedures are followed. This will improve repair quality & the warranty claim approval rate.

Technicians will learn about ETKA information on special tools and operating equipment. This will ensure utilization of the correct tools & specifications & will improve warranty claim correctness.

Staff will learn how to easily access chemical- and hardware material information. Reference is made to pseudo part numbers and the correct issuing of hardware to avoid the unnecessary cancelation of warranty claims.

Dealers will be briefed on how to use Log-Codes in ETKA effectively. This will highlight which parts need to be fitted and ordered immediately. The result: Better repair quality, higher productivity, less warranty rejections / adjustments.

Staff will see how to confirm the correct parts with the use of part identifiers. This is extremely helpful to cross-check if the correct parts were issued and fitted and will decrease the risk of warranty claim rejections.

All employees will learn how to use additional information to prevent warranty claim adjustments. The major issues are the ordering of pistons, bolts and nuts. This information will firstly benefit the Parts Staff but it will also create a cross-checking capability from the Workshop / Warranty side.

Taking all these benefits into consideration, each dealership should have an instant return on investment for each staff member assigned to this online coaching.
